The Company is very confident with the design and manufacturing of critical items for high pressure/temperature processes as hydrocracking, hydrotreating, desulphurization, gas treatment and polymerization processes, in the refining and petrochemical industry.
We are very interested se well in syngas and gas-to-liquids (GTL) plants.
Any item may be manufactured using a wide range of materials, including
cr-mo-vanadium steel, according to the most common design and manufacturing international codes, carrying out finite element analysis (FEM) when requested.
The merging through incorporation with Bosco Industrie Meccaniche has empowered the know-how related to the design and manufacture of heat transfer equipment, for which today WALTER TOSTO SpA carries
out full design (thermal and mechanical), issuing relevant guarantees, besides the mechanical one.
Our manufacturing and logistic capabilities make us a reliable supplier of heavy and large items, featuring weight exceeding 1600 tons, that we ship directly from our workshop located in the Ortona Port, on the Adriatic sea. |
